The standing daily run — your input is ≤10 min.
- Publish the scheduled post for the day (per the cadence)
- Engage 15 min on the active lane — reply to comments/DMs, comment on 5–10 target accounts
- Triage inbox + social DMs → flag anything needing me, draft routine replies
- Update CRM from my call notes; move pipeline stages
- Add new prospects to the list (probate firms / sellers & investors)
- Check the “raw capture” folder → turn my voice notes/photos into draft posts
My input (≤10 min): drop ONE piece of raw material in the capture folder · approve the queued drafts.
